Casino Prado will report the donations received to the Tax Office and will send you a certificate in accordance with the information you provide in this Form.
(*) Casino Prado, the tournament organizer, has been declared a "Public-Benefit Organization". Therefore, your donations will receive benefits if you are a tax resident in Spain:
If you are an individual, your donations are tax-deductible up to 80% on your Income Tax Return (40% for donations exceeding €250). If you are also a resident of Catalonia, you can claim an additional 15% tax deduction, as Casino Prado is a member of the "Census of the Catalan Language".
